Mindful Eating

I got a note about a Center for Mindful Eating from a mailing list I am on. I thought it would be of interest. In our world, we so often want to loose weight but we are so out of touch with our own needs and wants that eat without thinking. What a wonderful mindfulness practice that will also help us with another subject that is often of concern--our weight!
